Constez Sachet

Constez Sachet contains Lactitol and is used for this medicine is used.

This medicine is used in the treatment of constipation and bowel preparation.

Lactitol softens the stool and encourages the bowel to move, making it easier to pass.

Empty the contents into a glass of water, stir until dissolved and drink it straight away. Do not keep a made-up dose for later. Take it at bedtime or as directed. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Cramping, Bloating, Flatulence, Loose motions, Nausea

Drink plenty of water while taking any laxative, particularly the fibre-based ones — without it they can make constipation worse. Do not use stimulant laxatives daily over long periods without medical advice; the bowel becomes reliant on them. See a doctor if constipation is new and persistent in an adult over forty, or comes with blood, weight loss or severe pain.

Laxatives can reduce the absorption of other medicines taken at the same time.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
