Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin lowers blood sugar by causing the kidneys to get rid of more glucose in the urine. Gliclazide increases the amount of insulin your pancreas makes. Insulin reduces blood sugar by helping the cells use/store glucose.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
