Darbejoy 40 mcg Injection is a prescription medicine containing Darbepoetin alfa (40mcg). Treatment of Anemia due to cancer chemotherapy Treatment of Anemia due to chronic kidney disease.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.

Darbejoy 40mcg Injection is an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA). It works by stimulating the bone marrow (soft tissue inside the bones which produces red blood cells) to produce more red blood cells.
If you miss a dose of Darbejoy 40mcg Injection, consult your doctor.
Taking more Darbejoy than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
