Drotin M Tablet

Drotin M Tablet contains Drotaverine hydrochloride 80 mg + Mefenamic acid 250 mg. Prescription required.

Painful menstrual cramps with spasm, abdominal colicky pain with inflammation, spasmodic pain conditions where antispasmodic + analgesic is needed

Drotaverine relaxes smooth muscles to relieve spasm-related pain. Mefenamic acid is an NSAID that reduces prostaglandin-mediated pain and inflammation, helping control cramps and pain.

Take by mouth after food as prescribed. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Avoid taking with other NSAIDs unless advised.

Nausea, acidity, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, increased liver enzymes, rash

NSAID-related risk of stomach ulcer/bleeding; use caution in history of ulcers, bleeding disorders, kidney disease, asthma sensitive to NSAIDs. Avoid in late pregnancy. Seek help for black stools, severe abdominal pain, or allergic swelling/wheezing.
