Drovotas 80 mg Tablet

Drovotas 80 mg Tablet contains Drotaverine (80mg) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of abdominal cramps, irritable bowel syndrome, period pain and colic.

Drotaverine relaxes the muscle in the wall of the gut, relieving the cramping pain of a spasm.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it unless your doctor has told you to. Take it before meals or when cramps begin. Taking it at about the same time each day helps you remember. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Dry mouth, Blurred vision, Constipation, Drowsiness, Difficulty passing urine

Severe abdominal pain, particularly with fever or vomiting, needs a doctor rather than a painkiller or antispasmodic. May cause blurred vision and drowsiness — do not drive until you know how it affects you. Tell your doctor if you have glaucoma, an enlarged prostate or difficulty passing urine.

Adds to the dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness caused by antihistamines and some antidepressants.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
