How does this medicine work?
Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 agonist that relaxes airway smooth muscle to open the airways. Ipratropium is an anticholinergic that blocks muscarinic receptors in the lungs, reducing bronchoconstriction and mucus-related narrowing. Together they provide complementary bronchodilation.
How should I use this medicine?
For inhalation use only. Use exactly as prescribed; commonly 1–2 puffs 3–4 times daily for COPD. Shake well before use, exhale fully, seal lips around mouthpiece, inhale slowly while pressing canister, hold breath ~10 seconds, then exhale. Use a spacer if advised; rinse mouth after use. Not for immediate severe attacks unless advised by a doctor.
How should I store this medicine?
Store below 25°C, protect from heat and direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Pressurised container—do not puncture or expose to temperatures >50°C. Keep cap closed and keep out of reach of children.
