Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that temporarily blocks sodium channels in nerve endings, reducing sensation in the applied area. This can help delay climax when used correctly and in appropriate amount.

For external use only. Spray on the penis (typically glans) 5-15 minutes before intercourse; use the minimum effective sprays. Wipe off excess before penetration and consider condom use to prevent numbing partner; wash hands after use.
