E-Kare Soap is a medicine. It is used for cleansing soap used to maintain skin hygiene, may be used as an adjunct in managing body odour and minor superficial skin infections as advised by a doctor. It belongs to the group of medicines called Topical antiseptic/cleansing preparation.
Use on wet skin to create lather, apply over affected/body area, leave for 30. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with E-Kare Soap are dryness, skin irritation, redness and itching. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how E-Kare Soap works.

Most side effects of E-Kare Soap are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
Use on wet skin to create lather, apply over affected/body area, leave for 30–60 seconds and rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times daily or as directed by a physician. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin unless advised.
A medicated cleansing bar helps remove dirt, sweat, excess oil and microbes from the skin surface, thereby reducing microbial load and irritation. Exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients, which are not available for this product.
For external use only. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, swelling or rash occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes; rinse with water if contact occurs. Use with caution on very dry/sensitive skin; moisturize after use if needed. Keep out of reach of children.
No clinically significant drug interactions expected with topical cleansing soaps; avoid using multiple harsh/medicated skin products together to reduce irritation.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the soap in a well-drained soap dish after use.
