Pantoprazole 40 mg (enteric-coated) + Domperidone 30 mg (sustained release) capsule

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn/acid reflux, gastritis and indigestion associated with excess acid, nausea/vomiting related to reflux

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump. Domperidone is a prokinetic/antiemetic that increases gastric motility and helps reduce nausea by blocking dopamine (D2) receptors peripherally.

Oral capsule. Typically taken once daily 30 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast) or as directed by physician. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (enteric-coated/SR formulation).

Headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, flatulence, dizziness, dry mouth

Use only on medical advice. Domperidone may prolong QT interval and cause serious heart rhythm problems; avoid in patients with known QT prolongation, significant cardiac disease, electrolyte disturbances, or with other QT-prolonging medicines. Not recommended in moderate to severe liver impairment. Long-term PPI use may be associated with low magnesium/vitamin B12, fracture risk, and increased risk of infections (e.g., C. difficile). Seek medical help for alarm symptoms (blood in vomit/stool, black stools, unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, severe chest pain).

QT-prolonging drugs (e.g., amiodarone, sotalol, certain antipsychotics/antidepressants), strong CYP3A4 inhibitors that increase domperidone levels (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, erythromycin, ritonavir), anticoagulants (warfarin—monitor), drugs affected by reduced acidity (e.g., ketoconazole/itraconazole absorption, iron salts), methotrexate (high dose), digoxin (monitor)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep in original blister pack. Keep out of reach of children.
