This pediatric syrup is likely an anti-allergic combination. Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a measuring cup/spoon and give as prescribed by the pediatrician; dosing is usually age/weight-based. Can be given with or without food; if stomach upset occurs, give after food. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Other sedatives (sleep medicines), alcohol-containing products, opioids, benzodiazepines, other antihistamines, certain antidepressants/antipsychotics (may increase drowsiness); exact interactions depend on composition.
