Fcl Aha Lotion 20

Fcl Aha Lotion 20 contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) 20% lotion (exact acids and strengths not specified). Prescription required.

Exfoliating body lotion for rough and bumpy skin, dryness and scaling, dull/uneven texture; supportive care in keratosis pilaris and mild hyperkeratosis (cosmetic use)

AHAs (fruit acids such as glycolic/lactic acid) loosen the bonds between dead skin cells and promote exfoliation. This smoothens the skin surface, helps reduce scaling and roughness, and improves skin texture and radiance over time.

For external use only. Apply a thin layer on clean, dry skin once daily at night initially; may increase to twice daily as tolerated. Avoid broken/irritated skin and sensitive areas (eyes, lips, mucosa). Use sunscreen during daytime while using AHAs.

Skin irritation, burning/stinging, redness, dryness, peeling, itching, increased sun sensitivity

Patch test before first use. Do not use on cut, sunburnt, or severely irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs. Discontinue and consult a dermatologist if severe irritation, swelling, blistering, or persistent rash occurs. AHAs increase photosensitivity—use broad-spectrum sunscreen and limit sun exposure. Not recommended immediately after waxing/laser/peels unless advised by a dermatologist. Keep out of reach of children.

May increase irritation when used with other exfoliants/actives such as retinoids (tretinoin/adapalene), salicylic acid (BHA), benzoyl peroxide, physical scrubs, or alcohol-based products; avoid layering initially or use on alternate days.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed to protect from moisture and contamination.
