Symptomatic relief of gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort and colicky pain associated with indigestion.

This product is typically used as an antispasmodic/antiflatulent combination to relax intestinal smooth muscles and reduce trapped gas, easing cramps and bloating. Exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients in the formulation.

Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a calibrated cup/spoon and take as advised by a doctor, usually after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose; if symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, intestinal obstruction, severe liver or kidney disease, and in elderly patients (may increase drowsiness/constipation). If severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, blood in stool, or symptoms last >2–3 days, consult a doctor. Avoid driving/operating machinery if it causes dizziness or drowsiness. Use in children only on medical advice.

May increase drowsiness with alcohol, sedatives and antihistamines; additive anticholinergic effects with tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotics and antiparkinsonian anticholinergics. Exact interactions depend on the active ingredients—check label or consult a pharmacist.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
