Glucreta S (10+50) Tablet

Glucreta S (10+50) Tablet contains Dapagliflozin (10mg) + Sitagliptin (50mg) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, heart failure and chronic kidney disease.

Gluside-S 10/50 Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin increases urinary glucose excretion and reduces blood glucose levels. Sitagliptin reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver by raising insulin levels and decreasing the levels of glucagon (the hormone that increases blood glucose level).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gluside-S 10/50 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Passing urine more often, Thirst, Genital itching or thrush, Urinary infection, Nausea, Headache, Sore throat, Blocked or runny nose, Stomach pain

Drink enough water, especially in hot weather or if you have loose motions — this medicine makes you pass more urine. Seek urgent care for nausea with vomiting, stomach pain and deep rapid breathing, even if your sugar reading is normal. Report any pain, tenderness, redness or swelling in the genital area or perineum immediately — this is rare but needs same-day attention. Genital thrush is common; keep the area clean and dry and tell your doctor if it recurs. Stop and see a doctor urgently if you get severe, persistent abdominal pain that spreads to your back, with or without vomiting. Tell your doctor if you develop severe or disabling joint pain. Blisters or peeling of the skin should be reported promptly.

Water tablets increase the risk of dehydration and low blood pressure when taken with this. Low blood sugar is more likely when combined with insulin or a sulfonylurea. Low blood sugar is more likely when this is combined with a sulfonylurea or insulin; your doctor may lower that dose.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
