Used for resistance training, physiotherapy/rehabilitation exercises, stretching and muscle strengthening for upper and lower limbs.

An elastic resistance band provides progressive resistance when stretched. This resistance increases muscle activation and helps improve strength, flexibility and range of motion during exercise and rehab movements.

Use as a resistance band for exercises as advised by a physiotherapist/trainer. Anchor or hold securely, perform controlled movements, and increase repetitions/resistance gradually. Stop use if the band shows cracks/tears or if pain occurs.

For external use only. Check for wear/tears before each use; replace if damaged to prevent snap injury. Avoid overstretching beyond comfortable limit. Use cautiously in recent injury/surgery and follow physiotherapist guidance. Keep away from face/eyes during use. Not intended for children without supervision. If latex allergy is suspected, avoid use (material unknown).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep away from sharp objects and chemicals; do not store under heavy weight to prevent deformation.
