Henlee DSR

Henlee Dsr contains Pantoprazole (40mg) + Domperidone (30mg) and is used for henlee DSR Capsule is used. Prescription required.

Henlee DSR Capsule is used in the treatment of acidity and heartburn.

Henlee DSR Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (ppi) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Henlee DSR Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.

Headache, Loose motions, Nausea, Stomach pain, Flatulence, Dry mouth, Drowsiness, Restlessness

Take it on an empty stomach, about half an hour to an hour before your first meal — this is when the acid pumps are most active and the medicine works best. Long-term use has been linked to low magnesium and low vitamin B12, and to a higher risk of bone fracture. Review the need with your doctor rather than continuing indefinitely. Tell your doctor if acidity comes with difficulty swallowing, vomiting, weight loss, or black stools — these need investigation, not a longer course. Do not stop a long course abruptly; acid can rebound. Your doctor will taper it. Use it for the shortest period that works. These medicines are not intended for long-term daily use. Report any unusual muscle stiffness, tremor, restlessness or uncontrolled movements of the face or limbs at once — stop and contact your doctor. Tell your doctor if you have a heart rhythm problem; some of this group affect the heart's electrical timing. Persistent vomiting needs a diagnosis. Do not keep suppressing it without seeing a doctor, especially with abdominal pain, fever or blood.

Reduces the absorption of some antifungals, iron and certain HIV medicines. Tell your doctor if you take clopidogrel, methotrexate or a blood thinner. Antifungals, some antibiotics and heart-rhythm medicines increase the risk of rhythm problems when combined. Adds to the drowsiness of alcohol and sedatives.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
