Relief of acidity, heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) symptoms, and gastritis-related burning/pain.

Antacid liquids neutralize excess stomach acid and raise gastric pH, providing quick relief from burning and discomfort. They may also reduce irritation of the stomach and food pipe lining.

Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a cup/spoon and take orally as directed by a doctor/label, usually after meals and at bedtime. Maintain a gap of at least 2 hours from other medicines to avoid absorption issues.

Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, belching, chalky taste

Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice. Seek medical help if symptoms persist beyond 7–14 days, or if you have severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black stools, or unexplained weight loss. Use with caution in kidney disease, severe dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance. May affect absorption of many oral medicines; keep dosing interval. Not recommended for children unless prescribed.

Tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin/levofloxacin), iron salts, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates (alendronate), digoxin, azole antifungals (ketoconazole/itraconazole)
