Before you take it
PAN 40 Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
PAN 40 Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Take 1 tablet daily before a meal, swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew.

PAN 40 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of PAN 40 Tablet is recommended.However, the use of PAN 40 Tablet is not advised along with other medicines used for the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori infection.
PAN 40 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of PAN 40 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Use for the prescribed duration; report persistent symptoms.
Reduces the absorption of some antifungals, iron and certain HIV medicines. Tell your doctor if you take clopidogrel, methotrexate or a blood thinner.
