Before you take it
Pantocid D Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pantocid D Capsule should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Take one capsule daily before a meal, swallow it whole with water. Do not crush or chew.

Pantocid D Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pantocid D Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Use for the prescribed duration; report persistent symptoms.
Reduces the absorption of some antifungals, iron and certain HIV medicines. Tell your doctor if you take clopidogrel, methotrexate or a blood thinner. Antifungals, some antibiotics and heart-rhythm medicines increase the risk of rhythm problems when combined. Adds to the drowsiness of alcohol and sedatives.
