Pramipex 0.5 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.<br/>Pramipex 0.5 Tablet suppresses serum prolactin and may interfere with breastfeeding.

Never stop a Parkinson's medicine suddenly — this can cause a severe and dangerous deterioration. Dose timing matters a great deal in Parkinson's disease. Take it at exactly the times prescribed. Report sudden daytime sleep attacks, hallucinations, or new gambling, spending or other impulsive behaviour — these are recognised effects and the dose may need review. Rise slowly from sitting or lying; a drop in blood pressure on standing is common.
Anti-emetics such as metoclopramide and some antipsychotics can worsen Parkinson's symptoms. High-protein meals can reduce the absorption of levodopa — ask your doctor about timing.
