Relief of nasal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching and nasal congestion (allergic rhinitis).

Nasal anti-allergy sprays typically reduce inflammation and/or block the action of histamine in the nasal lining. This helps decrease swelling, mucus production, and irritation, improving nasal breathing and allergy symptoms.

Use as a nasal spray only. Gently blow the nose, shake (if instructed on label), prime the pump before first use, insert nozzle into one nostril while closing the other, and spray while breathing in gently. Use at the same time each day as advised by a doctor; do not exceed the recommended number of sprays.

Exact warnings depend on the active ingredient(s). Do not use if you have untreated nasal infections or recent nasal surgery/trauma unless advised. Stop and seek medical advice if persistent nosebleeds, severe irritation, breathing difficulty, rash, or worsening symptoms occur. If this is a steroid spray, prolonged use may rarely cause nasal septum perforation or affect growth in children—use the lowest effective dose. Keep out of reach of children.

If this contains an antihistamine (e.g., azelastine), alcohol and other CNS depressants may increase drowsiness. If this contains an intranasal steroid (e.g., fluticasone), strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, cobicistat, ketoconazole) can increase steroid exposure. Exact interactions depend on the composition.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not freeze. Keep the bottle tightly closed and use within the in-use period mentioned on the label.
