Neuropathic (nerve) pain including diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, nerve pain due to vitamin B12 deficiency; adjunct therapy for peripheral neuropathy symptoms like burning, tingling and numbness

Pregabalin reduces release of pain-signalling neurotransmitters by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, thereby decreasing nerve excitability. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath repair and nerve regeneration, helping improve neuropathic symptoms due to B12 deficiency.

Take as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water; can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly—dose should be tapered under medical advice.

Dizziness, sleepiness (somnolence), blurred vision, dry mouth, weight gain, peripheral edema (swelling), fatigue, difficulty concentrating, constipation, nausea

May cause dizziness/drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know its effects. Do not stop abruptly (risk of withdrawal symptoms). Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment needed), heart failure/edema, history of substance misuse, depression or suicidal thoughts (seek help if mood changes). Allergic reactions/angioedema can occur (face/lip swelling, breathing difficulty—seek urgent care).

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased drowsiness), opioids (e.g., morphine, tramadol) (additive sedation/respiratory depression, constipation), benzodiazepines/sedatives (additive sedation), antihistamines (additive drowsiness). No major clinically significant interactions expected with methylcobalamin.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
