Treatment of gastritis and gastric mucosal injury; healing and prevention of gastric ulcers (including NSAID-induced mucosal damage); relief of symptoms like stomach pain, indigestion and heartburn associated with gastritis.

Rebamipide is a gastroprotective agent that increases gastric mucus and bicarbonate secretion and improves mucosal blood flow. It also reduces inflammation and oxidative damage in the stomach lining, helping ulcers and erosions heal and preventing further injury.

Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed by a doctor, commonly 1 tablet (100 mg) three times daily after meals. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised.

Use with caution in patients with severe liver or kidney disease. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reactions occur (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty). If symptoms persist, vomiting of blood/black stools occur, or unexplained weight loss occurs, consult a doctor to rule out serious causes. Not a substitute for antibiotic treatment in H. pylori infection unless prescribed as part of a regimen.

No major clinically significant interactions commonly reported; however inform your doctor about all medicines, especially NSAIDs, antiplatelets/anticoagulants, other anti-ulcer medicines (PPIs/H2 blockers, sucralfate, antacids) and liver-affecting drugs.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
