Renu Multi Fresh Solution

Sterile multipurpose contact lens solution (exact composition not available); typically contains cleaning/disinfecting agents, surfactants, buffers, chelating agents and preservatives (e.g., polyhexanide or polyquaternium with borate/phosphate buffer).

For cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting and storing soft contact lenses; helps remove deposits and maintain lens comfort and hygiene.

Multipurpose contact lens solutions use disinfectants to reduce microorganisms on the lens surface. Surfactants and chelating agents help loosen and remove protein/lipid deposits, while buffers maintain a comfortable pH for the eyes.

For soft contact lenses only unless directed. Wash and dry hands. Place lens in palm, apply solution and gently rub 10–20 seconds each side, then rinse with fresh solution. Fill lens case with fresh solution and soak lenses for the recommended time (commonly 4–6 hours/overnight). Always discard used solution from the case; do not “top up”. Do not use tap water.

Temporary burning/stinging, eye redness, irritation, watering, blurred vision, dryness, itching

For external use in eyes only. Do not use if seal is broken or solution is discoloured/expired. Do not mix with other solutions. Do not use tap water or saliva on lenses/case. Stop use and consult an eye doctor if pain, persistent redness, swelling, discharge, light sensitivity or vision changes occur. Not for use as eye drops unless specifically labeled. Keep bottle tip clean; avoid touching tip to any surface. Replace lens case regularly.

No significant systemic drug interactions. Avoid concurrent use with other eye products unless advised; if using ophthalmic medicines, instil them separately and follow eye doctor’s instructions for contact lens wear.

Store at room temperature (typically below 25–30°C). Keep tightly closed. Protect from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
