This medicine combines 4 active ingredients: Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, Oxetacaine and Simethicone. Aluminium Hydroxide neutralises or reduces stomach acid, giving quick relief from burning and indigestion. Magnesium Hydroxide neutralises or reduces stomach acid, giving quick relief from burning and indigestion. Oxetacaine neutralises or reduces stomach acid, giving quick relief from burning and indigestion. Simethicone neutralises or reduces stomach acid, giving quick relief from burning and indigestion.

Shake well before use, take 1-2 tablespoons after meals or as directed by a healthcare professional, do not exceed recommended dosage

This is for short-term relief. See a doctor if you need it most days for more than a couple of weeks.
