Risacne Gel

Risacne Gel is used for topical. Prescription required.

Topical treatment of acne (pimples), including inflammatory acne lesions.

Acne gels typically work by reducing acne-causing bacteria on the skin, decreasing inflammation, and/or normalizing blocked pores to prevent formation of comedones. The exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients present in the formulation.

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to acne-affected skin as directed by a doctor (commonly once daily or as prescribed). Avoid contact with eyes, lips, and broken/irritated skin; wash hands after application.

Burning, stinging, redness, dryness, peeling, itching, irritation

For external use only. Do not apply on cuts, wounds, or eczema unless advised. Avoid excessive sun exposure; use sunscreen if irritation/photosensitivity occurs. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe redness, swelling, blistering, or allergic reaction occurs. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or using other acne/peeling products, consult a doctor to avoid excessive irritation.

Other topical acne/keratolytic products (retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid), abrasive cleansers/scrubs, alcohol-based cosmetics/astringents may increase dryness and irritation. If the gel contains antibiotics, avoid unnecessary concurrent topical/oral antibiotics unless prescribed.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from heat and direct light. Keep the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children.
