Relief of productive (wet) cough associated with bronchitis, asthma, COPD and other respiratory tract infections with mucus; helps loosen phlegm and ease breathing/wheezing

Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 agonist that relaxes airway muscles to relieve bronchospasm and wheezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that reduces mucus viscosity and improves clearance. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that increases hydration of respiratory secretions to help expel phlegm.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use. Take the dose as prescribed by the doctor, usually after food; use a measuring cup/spoon. Do not exceed recommended dose; maintain adequate fluid intake to help mucus clearance.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, dry mouth, headache, dizziness, tremor, palpitations, throat irritation, rash

Use with caution in heart disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders, and in patients prone to arrhythmias. Seek medical help if breathing worsens, severe chest pain/palpitations occur, or allergic reactions (rash, swelling) develop. Avoid self-medication in children; dosing must be age/weight appropriate. Use caution in liver or kidney impairment. Do not use for chronic cough due to smoking unless advised by a doctor.

Beta-blockers (may reduce effect/trigger bronchospasm), other sympathomimetics (additive side effects), MAO inhibitors/tricyclic antidepressants (enhanced cardiovascular effects), diuretics/corticosteroids/xanthines like theophylline (risk of hypokalemia), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with low potassium), antitussives like dextromethorphan/codeine (may hinder mucus clearance)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
