Mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder in a glass of water and consume before bedtime. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not use stimulant laxatives daily over long periods without medical advice; the bowel becomes reliant on them. See a doctor if constipation is new and persistent in an adult over forty, or comes with blood, weight loss or severe pain.
Laxatives can reduce the absorption of other medicines taken at the same time.
