Remove from wrapper, unfold and place the adhesive side on the centre of underwear. Wrap wings around the sides of underwear. Change every 4–6 hours or more often if flow is heavy; dispose in a bin (do not flush).
Skin irritation, itching, rash, discomfort, allergic contact dermatitis (rare)
For external use only. Discontinue and consult a doctor if irritation, rash, or persistent itching occurs. Maintain genital hygiene and change pads regularly to reduce risk of irritation/odour. Do not use on broken/infected skin. Keep out of reach of children to avoid choking hazard from packaging.
