Oral hygiene aid used to remove plaque and food debris between teeth; helps support gum health and reduce risk of cavities and gingivitis.

Dental floss mechanically dislodges plaque and trapped food particles from interdental spaces and along the gumline where a toothbrush may not reach. This reduces bacterial load and helps prevent inflammation of gums and tooth decay.

Use once daily (preferably at night) or as advised by dentist. Take ~30–45 cm floss, wind around middle fingers, gently slide between teeth using a sawing motion; curve into a C-shape against each tooth and move up-down along the side and gumline. Use a clean section for each tooth. Do not snap into gums.

Gum irritation, mild gum bleeding, soreness (usually temporary)

If gums bleed heavily, pain persists, or bleeding continues beyond 1–2 weeks of regular gentle flossing, consult a dentist. Use gently to avoid gum injury. Not for children without adult supervision. If you have recent dental surgery, severe gum disease, or are on blood thinners, seek dental/medical advice for proper technique.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack closed to avoid contamination.
