2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg + Amylmetacresol 0.6 mg per lozenge

Symptomatic relief of sore throat, throat irritation, painful swallowing, minor mouth/throat infections associated with cold

2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol are antiseptics that help reduce growth of bacteria and some viruses in the throat. They also provide local soothing effect, easing pain and irritation during sore throat.

Lozenge (mouth dissolving). Allow 1 lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth every 2–3 hours as needed; do not chew or swallow whole. Follow pack instructions; do not exceed the maximum daily number stated on the label. Use with or without food.

Mouth or throat irritation, nausea, unpleasant taste, tongue numbness, allergic reactions (rash, swelling)

Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. If symptoms persist beyond 2–3 days, worsen, or are accompanied by high fever, severe headache, or difficulty breathing/swallowing, consult a doctor. Not recommended for young children unless advised by a healthcare professional (choking risk). Use with caution in people with fructose intolerance or those needing to limit sugar if the lozenge base contains sugars (check label).

No clinically significant interactions known with topical throat antiseptic lozenges; avoid using multiple throat antiseptic/anaesthetic products together without advice.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from heat and moisture. Keep in original pack and out of reach of children.
