Sunstop Gold Sunscreen Gel is a medicine containing Sunscreen actives (UV filters):. It is used for broad-spectrum photoprotection to help prevent sunburn, tanning, helps reduce risk of photoaging (dark spots, uneven tone) and sun-induced skin damage with regular use. It belongs to the group of medicines called Topical sunscreen (UV filters).
For external use only. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Sunstop Gold Sunscreen Gel are mild burning or stinging, redness, itching and dryness. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Sunstop Gold Sunscreen Gel works.

Most side effects of Sunstop Gold Sunscreen are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
For external use only. Apply a generous, even layer on face/neck and other exposed skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2–3 hours and after swimming, sweating, towel-drying or prolonged outdoor exposure. Use daily for best results.
Contains UV filters that absorb, scatter and/or reflect UVA and UVB rays, reducing their penetration into the skin. Regular application helps limit UV-induced inflammation, pigmentation and collagen damage.
Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs. Discontinue and consult a doctor if severe irritation or allergic reaction occurs. Patch test if you have sensitive skin. Not for use on broken/irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical advice.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep cap tightly closed.
