Systane Ultra

Systane Ultra contains Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4% w/v + Propylene Glycol 0.3% w/v (lubricant eye drops).

Relief of dry eye symptoms such as burning, irritation, grittiness, and discomfort due to tear film instability; lubrication for eyes exposed to wind, sun, screen use, air-conditioning or contact lens–related dryness (as advised).

Polyethylene glycol 400 and propylene glycol act as ocular lubricants that supplement the tear film and reduce friction on the ocular surface. They help stabilize the tear layer, soothe irritation and provide longer-lasting comfort in dry eye.

For ophthalmic use only. Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by a doctor. If using with other eye medicines, keep a gap of at least 5–10 minutes. Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface; recap tightly after use.

Temporary blurred vision, mild eye irritation or burning, eye redness, watery eyes, sticky sensation, foreign body sensation

For external use in the eyes only. Remove contact lenses before instillation if advised; reinsert after 15 minutes (or as per label/doctor). Stop use and consult a doctor if eye pain, vision changes, persistent redness/irritation, or symptoms worsen or persist. Do not use if seal is broken or solution changes color/turns cloudy. Avoid contamination—do not touch dropper tip. Use caution while driving immediately after use due to temporary blurring.

No clinically significant drug interactions known with topical ocular lubricants; separate from other eye drops by 5–10 minutes to avoid washout/dilution.

Store at room temperature (generally below 25–30°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Discard as per pack instructions after opening.
