Tuloplast 1 Transdermal Patch is a bronchodilator that helps open the airways by relaxing the muscles around them. It widens the air passages and allows more air to flow into the lungs, making breathing easier. This helps relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness, improving overall respiratory function and comfort.

Use this medicine in dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use. Make sure the skin is clean and dry. Remove the protective liner of the patch. Do not touch the sticky side. With sticky side down, place the patch evenly onto the skin.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Know which of your inhalers is the reliever and which is the preventer. A preventer must be used every day even when you feel well; a reliever is for symptoms. Seek emergency care if your reliever is not working, if you cannot speak a full sentence, or if you are using the reliever far more often than usual. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after every steroid inhaler dose to prevent thrush and hoarseness. Ask your doctor or pharmacist to watch your technique — poor technique is the commonest reason an inhaler seems not to work. Use a spacer if one has been advised, particularly for children.

Beta blockers, including eye drops for glaucoma, can tighten the airways and reduce the effect of your reliever.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
