Provides relief from blocked nose (nasal congestion) associated with common cold and helps ease breathing; may provide soothing relief from cough and cold discomfort when used as vapour inhalation.

When added to hot water, aromatic vapours help create a sensation of easier breathing by providing a decongestant effect and soothing irritated airways. The vapour action helps loosen mucus and gives symptomatic relief in colds.

For inhalation use only. Add a small amount to hot (not boiling) water and inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes as needed. Avoid contact with eyes; do not apply inside nostrils; do not ingest. Use as directed on the label.

For external use/inhalation only. Do not swallow. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs rinse with plenty of water. Not recommended for infants/young children unless advised by a doctor; strong vapours may cause breathing difficulty in very young children. Stop use and seek medical advice if rash, wheezing, or worsening symptoms occur, or if symptoms persist beyond a few days. Use caution in asthma/COPD as vapours may trigger bronchospasm in sensitive individuals. Keep out of reach of children.

No significant drug interactions expected with topical vapour inhalation; avoid using with other strong inhalants/irritants that may increase airway/eye irritation.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed. Keep away from open flames.
