Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting (exact indication depends on the active ingredient; composition not available).

Depends on the active ingredient. Most anti-vomiting medicines work by blocking chemical signals (e.g., dopamine/serotonin) in the brain and gut that trigger nausea and vomiting.

Oral liquid (30 ml). Shake well before use and measure with a calibrated cup/spoon. Take as directed by a doctor; may be taken with or without food depending on the ingredient. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in liver disease, kidney disease, heart rhythm problems, and in the elderly. May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/machinery if affected. Seek medical help if vomiting is persistent, severe dehydration occurs, blood is present in vomit, or there is severe abdominal pain. For children, use only on medical advice as dose depends on age/weight.

May interact with other QT-prolonging medicines, CNS depressants (alcohol, sedatives), anticholinergics, certain antibiotics/antifungals, and medicines affecting dopamine/serotonin pathways (interaction depends on exact composition).
