Used to soften and help remove earwax (cerumen) and relieve symptoms due to wax blockage such as ear fullness and reduced hearing.

Earwax softening drops work by lubricating and softening hardened cerumen so it can naturally come out or be removed more easily during cleaning/suction. This helps clear blockage and reduces ear discomfort.

For ear use only. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected ear while lying with the ear facing up; keep the position for a few minutes. Use as advised by a doctor/pharmacist; do not insert earbuds/cotton buds deep into the ear.

Mild ear irritation, itching, burning sensation, ear discomfort, transient hearing changes

Do not use if you have ear pain with discharge, suspected/known perforated eardrum, ear infection, ear surgery history (unless advised by doctor), or allergy to any ingredient. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe pain, rash, dizziness, or persistent irritation occurs. Use in children only under medical advice. For external ear canal use only; avoid contact with eyes and do not swallow.

No clinically significant drug interactions expected with topical earwax softeners; inform doctor if using other ear drops concurrently.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
