Xyzal M Suspension

Xyzal M Suspension contains Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 2.5 mg/5 mL.

Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy nose), urticaria (hives), other allergic conditions with itching and watery eyes

Levocetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks H1 histamine receptors. This reduces the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions, relieving sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and itching.

Oral suspension: Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a calibrated spoon/cup. Can be taken with or without food; preferably at the same time each day. Follow doctor’s prescribed dose, especially in children.

Sleepiness (drowsiness), fatigue, dry mouth, headache, dizziness, nausea

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Use with caution in kidney disease; dose adjustment may be needed. Avoid or limit other CNS depressants (e.g., sedatives). Seek medical help for severe allergy symptoms, swelling of face/throat, or breathing difficulty.

Alcohol (increases drowsiness), sedatives/benzodiazepines, opioid pain medicines, other antihistamines, CNS depressants

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not freeze.
