Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, body ache, musculoskeletal pain, back pain, and pain associated with cold/flu

Paracetamol reduces the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system, which lowers pain perception and helps reduce fever by acting on the brain’s temperature-regulating center. The sustained-release formulation provides prolonged symptom relief.

Take by mouth with water; swallow whole (do not crush/chew/break). Can be taken with or without food. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration; follow doctor’s advice, especially for SR tablets.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, rash, itching, headache, dizziness, increased liver enzymes (rare)

Do not exceed the recommended total daily dose of paracetamol from all products. Risk of serious liver damage with overdose, chronic alcohol use, or pre-existing liver disease. Use with caution in liver impairment, chronic malnutrition, dehydration, or severe kidney disease. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reactions (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty) or signs of liver injury (persistent nausea, dark urine, jaundice) occur. Not for prolonged self-use without medical advice.

Alcohol, warfarin/coumarin anticoagulants (with prolonged regular use may increase bleeding risk), enzyme inducers (carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital, rifampicin, isoniazid) increasing hepatotoxicity risk, probenecid (may increase paracetamol levels), cholestyramine (reduces absorption if taken together)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
