    Tell us what the certificate is for, the dates and your symptoms or condition. Choose digital or handwritten, review your answers and pay in US dollars.

    An Indian doctor reviews it

    A doctor registered with an Indian medical council reviews your application, usually with an online consultation. They may ask for more information or reports.

  3. Step 3

    Receive it if approved

    The signed certificate is sent to you by email, wherever you are. If it can't be issued, a refund follows our refund policy.

An Indian doctor’s certificate is issued under Indian rules, for recipients in India.

  • An Indian court, bank or government office that asks for a doctor's certificate

Not for

  • An employer, school or authority outside India
  • Visa, immigration or panel-physician medicals
  • Fit-to-fly or work-permit examinations for another country

Who is this for?
Anyone living outside India who needs a medical certificate that will be submitted in India: to an Indian employer, college, RTO, insurer or authority.
Who issues the certificate?
A doctor registered with an Indian medical council, after an online consultation. The doctor decides what your assessment supports and may decline if it does not.
Can I use it with my employer abroad?
No. An Indian doctor's certificate is issued under Indian rules for use in India. For a recipient in your country of residence, see a locally licensed doctor.
How do I pay?
In US dollars, by international credit or debit card or by PayPal. The price you see is the amount charged: $29 for a digital certificate, $39 for a handwritten certificate sent as a scan, $35 for Form 1A.
Can I get a handwritten certificate?
Yes. Some Indian employers and colleges ask for a handwritten certificate. The doctor writes and signs it, and you receive a high-resolution scan by email, for $39. A posted copy is not available for orders from abroad yet.
What if the doctor cannot issue it?
If the doctor declines before starting the review you get a full refund. Once the review has started, a $5 review fee is kept and the rest is refunded.
