How it works

    Choose the checkup and pay

    Tell us your parent's name and Indian mobile number, then pay in US dollars with PayPal.

  2. 02

    We book the home visit

    We call your parent to confirm their address and a morning that suits them. A phlebotomist collects the sample at home. They need to fast for 8 to 10 hours before.

  3. 03

    A doctor goes through the report

    Once the report is ready, a doctor registered in India explains it to your parent on a video call. You can join from wherever you are, and you get the doctor's written summary.

Questions

Who is the patient?
Your parent, who lives in India. The checkup and the doctor call happen in India, with doctors registered in India. You pay and can join the call, but we do not advise on your own health while you live outside India.
Which checkup should I choose?
The Essential checkup (63 tests) suits a parent who is generally well. Choose the Senior checkup (86 tests) for a parent aged 60 or more, or one with diabetes, blood pressure, heart or thyroid problems.
Where do you collect samples?
Home collection is available in most cities and towns in India. We confirm your parent's pincode on the first call. If we cannot reach their area, we refund you in full.
Can I see the report?
Yes, once your parent approves it from their own phone. Until then nothing about their health is shared with you. They can stop sharing at any time.
What if the doctor finds something?
The doctor explains what it means and what to do next: a repeat test, a change in medicines or a specialist near your parent. Any further tests or visits are your choice and billed separately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, at any time before the home collection. After the sample is collected the checkup is not refundable.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If your parent is unwell right now, call 108 or take them to the nearest hospital.
