It depends on the product. Items marked 'Rx' on the card require a valid prescription, which our licensed pharmacists verify before dispatch. OTC items ship without a prescription.
Standard couriered delivery across India is 2–5 business days depending on serviceability. Chennai express delivery is available where the route is enabled.
Sealed, unopened OTC products are returnable within 7 days of delivery. Prescription medicines, refrigerated items and partially-used packs are non-returnable for safety reasons.
