Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturising Lotion contains Colloidal Oatmeal (skin protectant/emollient); Glycerin, Dimethicone and other emollients/humectants (exact concentrations vary by pack/market). It belongs to the Skin protectant (colloidal oatmeal) with humectants and occlusive emollients class of medicines.
Colloidal oatmeal provides skin-soothing and protective effects and helps reduce dryness-related irritation. Humectants like glycerin draw water into the outer skin, while occlusives/emollients (e.g., dimethicone) reduce water loss to keep skin hydrated.
For external use only. Apply liberally to clean, dry skin once or twice daily or as needed, especially after bathing. Massage gently until absorbed. Safe for daily use; avoid contact with eyes and broken/infected skin.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturising as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturising than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
