How Cetaphil Sun SPF50 Light Gel works

It forms a protective film on the skin containing UV filters that absorb, reflect and/or scatter UVA and UVB rays. This reduces penetration of harmful radiation and helps prevent sunburn and long-term photo-damage.

How to take Cetaphil Sun SPF50 Light Gel

For external use only. Apply a generous, even layer on face/neck and other exposed areas 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating or towel-drying; use daily for best protection.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Cetaphil Sun SPF50 Light as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
