Sunscreen forms a protective layer on the skin that helps absorb and/or reflect ultraviolet (UVA/UVB) rays. SPF 30 indicates protection mainly against UVB-related sunburn; broad-spectrum filters also help reduce UVA-related pigmentation and photoaging.
For external use only. Apply generously and evenly on face/neck and other exposed areas 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, heavy sweating, or towel-drying. Can be used daily; suitable under makeup.
Common side effects of FORTISIL SPF 30 SUNSCREEN may include:
Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with water if it occurs. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or history of allergy to cosmetics/sunscreens. Discontinue and consult a doctor if irritation, swelling, or rash persists. Do not apply on broken or severely irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children.
