For external use only. Apply a thin layer on the affected area and gently massage until absorbed, 2-4 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands after application; avoid applying on broken/irritated skin and avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucosa.

Do not use on open wounds, infected or severely irritated skin. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation/allergic reaction occurs. Avoid tight bandaging/heating pads over the area unless advised. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Consult a doctor before use in children, during pregnancy/breastfeeding, or if pain persists beyond 7-10 days.
