Silver (as antimicrobial agent) impregnated polyurethane foam dressing, 10 cm x 10 cm (exact silver content not specified)
Management of infected or high-risk wounds with moderate to high exudate such as diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure sores, traumatic wounds, donor sites, post-operative wounds, superficial/partial thickness burns
The polyurethane foam absorbs wound exudate and helps maintain a moist wound environment while cushioning and protecting the wound. Silver provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial action, helping reduce bacterial load and risk of infection in the wound bed.
For external use only. Cleanse the wound and surrounding skin, dry the peri-wound area, and apply the dressing with the foam side onto the wound; secure with a secondary dressing/bandage if needed. Change as per exudate level or clinician advice (commonly every 1–3 days, may be left longer if clinically appropriate); replace earlier if strike-through leakage occurs.

Use under medical supervision for chronic/complex wounds. Do not use if allergic to silver or dressing components. Avoid use on dry/necrotic wounds without adequate moisture; discontinue if worsening pain, swelling, rash, or signs of systemic infection occur. Caution in large-area use and prolonged use, especially in infants/neonates or patients with extensive burns, as silver absorption may occur. Do not use with oxidizing agents (e.g., hypochlorite solutions, hydrogen peroxide) directly on the dressing; avoid oil-based products that may impair absorption.
