How to take Hyfoam Ag Foam Dressing

For external use only. Cleanse the wound and surrounding skin, dry the peri-wound area, and apply the dressing with the foam side onto the wound; secure with a secondary dressing/bandage if needed. Change as per exudate level or clinician advice (commonly every 1–3 days, may be left longer if clinically appropriate); replace earlier if strike-through leakage occurs.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Hyfoam Ag Foam Dressing as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
