How it works

Kep BL Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Dextromethorphan hydrochloride, bilastine, and phenylephrine. Dextromethorphan hydrochloride suppresses the cough reflex by acting on the brain's cough center. Bilastine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms like sneezing and runny nose. Phenylephrine narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion and improve breathing. Together, these three components work together to relieve cough, allergy symptoms, and nasal congestion, providing comprehensive relief from cold symptoms.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Kep BL Syrup may be taken with or without food.
