Levocloperastine (20mg/5ml)

Relief of productive (wet) cough with chest congestion; helps in bronchitis, tracheobronchitis and other respiratory conditions with mucus and bronchospasm/wheezing.

Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator (beta-2 agonist) that relaxes airway muscles to ease breathing and reduce wheeze. Ambroxol thins and loosens thick mucus and improves its clearance. Guaiphenesin increases hydration of secretions and helps expectoration, reducing chest congestion.

Oral suspension: Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a cup/spoon and take as prescribed, usually after food. Maintain adequate fluid intake; do not exceed recommended dose, especially in children.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, tremor, palpitations, nervousness, throat irritation

Use with caution in heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma, and seizure disorders. May cause tremor or palpitations; stop and seek medical help if severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, or allergic reaction occurs. Not for dry cough unless advised by a doctor. Use in children only on medical advice; do not combine with other cough/cold products containing similar ingredients without guidance.

Beta-blockers (may reduce bronchodilator effect), other sympathomimetics (increased side effects), diuretics/corticosteroids/xanthines like theophylline (risk of low potassium), MAO inhibitors/tricyclic antidepressants (enhanced cardiovascular effects), digoxin (risk of arrhythmia with hypokalemia)

Store below 25°C, protect from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
