How Neeri Syrup works

Ayurvedic polyherbal formulation that helps increase urine output (diuretic effect) and supports flushing of the urinary tract. It is also used for symptomatic relief in urinary discomfort and to support kidney/urinary tract function.

How to take Neeri Syrup

Oral syrup. Take as directed by physician/label. Commonly used after meals; shake well before use and measure with a cup/spoon. Maintain adequate fluid intake unless restricted by your doctor.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Neeri as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Neeri than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Side effects of Neeri Syrup

Most side effects of Neeri are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

• Nausea
• stomach upset
• loose stools
• increased urination
• allergic reactions (rare)

Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Warnings and precautions

Consult a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, severe dehydration, heart failure, are on fluid restriction, or have recurrent UTIs/fever/blood in urine. Stop and seek medical advice if symptoms persist/worsen or if you develop rash, swelling, severe abdominal pain, or difficulty urinating. Not a substitute for antibiotics in proven bacterial UTI.

Interactions with other medicines

Diuretics (may increase urination/electrolyte imbalance risk), antihypertensives (additive BP lowering), lithium (levels may change with diuresis), antidiabetic medicines (monitor sugars if used long-term)

How to store Neeri Syrup

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protect from light, keep tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
