Uses of Normaxin Cc Tab

Irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic (long-term) inflammatory disease of the large intestine (colon) that usually needs long term management. This can lead to bleeding, frequent diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, cramps and stomach pain. Normaxin CC Tablet relaxes the muscles in your stomach and gut(intestine) and relieves these symptoms effectively.

How it works

Normaxin CC Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of Gaba, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain. Clidinium works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) which in turn relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Normaxin CC Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
